Refund Policy
ColorsbyBhavana does not accept any returns unless the product received was damaged. At the time of shipment delivery please check if the artwork/print is damaged or not, if damaged then notify the delivery personnel about the same. Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours post-delivery of the shipment by emailing us at return@colorsbybhavana.com or on contact number from the website. We can not offer you a full refund if it is not reported within 24 hours of the shipment delivery
Damaged artwork must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Note: In rare case of lost shipment, we will process the full refund including the shipment charges.
Original Art
There is no return policy for the original artwork. If the original artwork is damaged then please follow above mentioned steps in order for us to process the refund. We will process your refund (artwork cost and the courier charges paid by you) within 7 days once we receive the damaged artwork. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you had paid online using cards / online banking – we will refund to the same account. If you had paid using NEFT/RTGS – we will ask you for your bank account number and IFSC code for processing refunds.
Note: ColorsbyBhavana holds the right to make the final call on all returns. We would not be able to process any returns if it is not reported within the stipulated time period.
We always make sure the print resembles to the original art. However, since it is a digital print, there may be a small variation in color or lightness. So there is no return policy for the print. If the print is damaged then then please notify the delivery personnel about the same and contact us within 24 hours post-delivery of the shipment by emailing us at return@colorsbybhavana.com or on contact number from the website. We will have the product replaced.
Note: For customers outside India will have to bear shipping charges for the replacement print.
Missing refunds
– If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
– contact your credit card company, if the payment method wad credit card, it may take some time before your refund reflects.
