How long it takes to pack your order
We get your order ready within 5 working days after your payment goes through. (We don’t count weekends and holidays.) We’ll send you a message once it’s packed and on its way.

Shipping cost and delivery time
The shipping cost depends on where you live and how you want it sent. You’ll see the exact price when you check out.
We send orders by standard shipping. #The original had three different timelines — “1–2 weeks,” “7 to 10 days,” and processing “within 5 business days.” Please pick ONE delivery time so it doesn’t confuse customers.#
The delivery time is only an estimate, so it may change a little for reasons we can’t control.

Where I can ship
We ship all over the world. For orders going to other countries, customs checks can sometimes make delivery take longer.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it.

Addresses we can’t ship to
We can’t ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses right now. Please give us a home or street address.

If your order arrives damaged

Late or lost orders
Sometimes orders are delayed by things we can’t control, like bad weather, natural disasters, or customs checks. We’re not responsible for these delays, but we’ll always try our best to help you.
